HOW I BEGAN MY JOURNEY WITH
I am a very family-oriented person. My grandfather is one of my best friends. You could always find him with a camera or a camera corder. He constantly was documenting his life and those around him. I used to flip through photo albums with my grandparents and soak in all the memories captured. Being able to experience emotions tied to those memories through photographs was thrilling. That’s where my love for photography began. It wasn’t until I reached middle school when I got my first camera. Well, got is subjective. Really I took my mom's old camera and started to mess around with it. I had no idea what I was doing but I knew that I loved it! I continued to learn some more about the art but backed away from it in high school because I felt like it was simply a hobby. It didn't become more than that up until 2019. Logan is actually one of the biggest reasons why I got back into it. If you go over to Logan’s section, you’ll read more about his journey with photography but long story short, my man is TALENTED. I struggled with the technical side of things but Logan helped me and little by little, I finally understood my camera. I opened up my own business in 2020 and once Logan and I got married, we combined our businesses.
