Surprise Proposal at Pensacola Beach

JIMMY + MONICA

Jimmy had reached out to us a couple of months before he planned on proposing to Monica and told us how she wanted their proposal documented by us. Being apart of someone’s big day is something we love and feel honored to do. We helped Jimmy set up the details and we were all anxiously anticipating the day. Being in Florida, many locals know how crazy weather can be. One minute is super bright and sunny and then the next it is dark and cloudy and pouring! With our luck, the forecast showed morning of that it was going to be a nasty day full of rain. We always communicate with out clients to see what their vision is and Jimmy was still down to propose so we went ahead with it.

Luckily when we arrived at the beach, there was no rain! We hid by the Pensacola Beach Pier and caught the proposal from a distance, Monica unaware that we were there and allowing them the privacy to be in the moment. It was so cute how Monica instantly recognized us as we walked up to them and told us how she wanted to work with us. After proposals, we love getting some engagement photos. All the emotions and love are fresh which make for sweet, giddy photos!

We ran around the beach, danced in the water, and laughed a lot. Towards the end of the gallery you’ll see some photos of Monica capturing a photo of the ring and Jimmy to show off to all of her friends and family. Such a cute shot!
